๐ŸŒ™ Moon Camp

A Thoughtful, Age-Appropriate Journey Into Puberty

Moon Camp is a week-long experience designed to gently support girls as they begin to understand their changing bodies, emotions, and inner world. Through education, creativity, and meaningful connection, girls are guided in a way that feels safe, empowering, and developmentally appropriate.

Below is an overview of each day’s focus:

Day 1 – Awakening Intuition & Inner Awareness ๐ŸŒฑ

On the first day, we focus on creating a sense of safety, trust, and belonging. Girls are welcomed into a supportive group environment where they can feel comfortable, included, and open to learning.

This day introduces the idea that the body and emotions offer valuable information. By slowing down and paying attention, girls begin to build awareness of their inner experiences and develop confidence in listening to themselves.

Themes explored:
๐Ÿค Sisterhood and belonging
โœจ Intuition as inner awareness
๐Ÿง  The body as a source of understanding
๐ŸŽจ Creative expression as reflection

Day 1 lays the emotional and relational foundation for the entire week.

Day 2 – Embracing Cyclicality ๐ŸŒ™

On the second day, girls learn that cycles are a natural part of life—seen in nature, emotions, and the body. By understanding cycles, changes begin to feel more predictable and less confusing.

This day supports emotional awareness and self-understanding, helping girls recognize patterns in how they feel and respond, and offering language to talk about those experiences with greater clarity and confidence.

Themes explored:
๐ŸŒ• Nature & Moon cycles
๐Ÿ‚ Emotional patterns and seasons
๐Ÿ‘‘ Feminine archetypes as learning tools
โš–๏ธ Balance between activity and rest

Girls gain tools to understand themselves rather than judge their changing moods.

Day 3 – Understanding Our Changing Bodies ๐ŸŒธ

Day three focuses on education and body awareness. Girls receive age-appropriate, respectful information about puberty and physical changes, helping replace confusion with understanding.

Through guided learning and conversation, girls are encouraged to see their bodies as capable, normal, and worthy of care. This day supports healthy attitudes toward menstruation and self-care from an early age.

Themes explored:
๐ŸŒผ Puberty and physical changes
๐Ÿซถ Basic female anatomy
๐Ÿฉธ Menstruation as a natural process
๐Ÿ’ง Listening to the body and self-care

Knowledge becomes a source of confidence and reassurance.

Day 4 – Body Respect, Confidence & Self-Care ๐Ÿ’—

On the fourth day, the focus shifts to how girls relate to their bodies emotionally and socially. Girls explore ideas of body respect, personal boundaries, and self-expression in a supportive and playful way.

This day reinforces the message that every body is different, valuable, and deserving of care. Girls practice expressing needs, respecting limits, and building confidence in themselves.

Themes explored:
๐ŸŒท Body respect and acceptance
๐Ÿ’ฌ Emotional expression and confidence
๐Ÿ›‘ Consent and healthy boundaries
๐ŸŒฟ Caring for oneself with kindness

Girls strengthen their sense of self and personal agency.

Day 5 – Evening Ritual: Mother–Daughter Ceremony โœจ

The final day is a deeply meaningful moment shared between mothers and daughters. This closing ceremony invites mothers (or closest female caregivers) into the circle to witness, honor, and celebrate their daughters at this important stage of growth.

It is a space for presence, reflection, and connection—where mothers and daughters slow down together, listen to one another, and acknowledge the changes unfolding in both of them. Many mothers describe this experience as a gift of presence—one that creates a shared moment of connection they will carry with them and never forget.

Themes explored:
๐Ÿ’ž Mother–daughter connection
๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Being seen, heard, and honored
๐Ÿ”ฎ Reflection and shared intention
๐Ÿคฒ Supporting each other through change

For many families, this ceremony becomes a gift of presence they will carry in their hearts forever.

Please Note ๐Ÿ“Œ

Attendance by a mother or closest female caregiver is required for this closing ceremony. By registering your daughter for the camp, you are committing to being present for this final day.

๐ŸŒ• This is more than just a camp—it’s a rite of passage, a celebration of the powerful journey into womanhood. โœจ

Description

A Life-Changing Experience for Girls Entering Womanhood

๐Ÿ”ด It’s not just a camp—it’s a milestone experience that shapes how a girl sees her body, health, and womanhood.
๐Ÿ”ด No one else is offering this in the same way. Our program blends science, emotional well-being, ancient wisdom, and modern education to help girls embrace their menstrual cycle with confidence and pride.
๐Ÿ”ด The Mother-Daughter Closing Ceremony alone is worth $300-$500—a powerful bonding experience that transforms how mothers and daughters navigate this transition together.

WHAT GIRLS WILL GAIN

Puberty brings big questions—about the body, emotions, and identity. This camp offers girls a supportive space to learn what’s happening, ask what they’ve been wondering, and feel normal in the middle of change.  We guide them with clear education, gentle confidence-building, and real connection—so they leave feeling more secure, informed, and proud of who they are becoming.

Our curriculum blends science-based education with meaningful, age-appropriate conversations that help girls feel prepared for puberty—without fear or shame. Through hands-on learning, creativity, and connection in nature, girls build confidence, body awareness, and the emotional tools they need for this new stage.

Core themes include:

Wisdom & Cycles — Understanding the menstrual cycle through nature, history, and culture.

Female Anatomy & Puberty — Learning how the body changes and why it matters.

Body Confidence — Shifting from insecurity to self-respect and self-acceptance.

Consent & Boundaries — Practicing voice, personal space, and emotional safety.

Self-Care Tools — Exploring simple, supportive practices for physical and emotional wellbeing.

Sisterhood & Belonging — Building connection in a safe space where girls feel seen and supported.
